Windermere Bed & Breakfast Tariff Per Person Per Night from

£36.00 – £52.00 midweek,

£40.00 – £60.00 Friday, Saturday & Bank and/or Public Holiday Weekends

Children – (from 8 up to 14 years of age) sharing a family room at Hawksmoor Windermere guest house with 2 adults are charged 50% of the adult rate

Single occupancy of a double room – a surcharge of £20 per night is applied to the current per person rate for stays in either Room 5 or Room 9

Pets – Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets in the Guest House

Discounts – are available for five nights or longer

Deposit – valid credit or debit card details are required as security for a reservation. A deposit of the first night’s rate is required to reserve a room. This is deducted from your card at the time of booking. The following cards are accepted:

Balance of account – is payable on arrival by either cash, credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy – In the event of a cancellation 14 days or less from the arrival date, a charge for the first night stay will be applied. A cancellation less than 24 hours from the arrival date, ‘no show’ or curtailment of stay for any reason, will result in the full amount of the stay being charged.

Arrival Time – Although we cannot guarantee your room will be ready before 2pm you are welcome to check-in before this time, leave your luggage and collect your room key. Please note strictly no arrivals after 9.00pm.

Check-out – Rooms are to be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure
